While waiting for another store to open in West Quay, a parent with a three-year-old visited a Lego store. It was so nice to be greeted at the entrance and not feel pressured to buy; in fact, Olivia was really kind to the child, asking why he liked Lego and telling him he could play with anything in the baskets. Then, we were instructed to go on a treasure hunt in search of a certain model, which sparked his interest and allowed him to locate it quickly. Olivia then took the time to ask him which Lego figure he had won from a bucket. I bought him some Lego for his birthday because we had a really nice thirty minutes together. I'm grateful.
I was assisted in ordering the missing bag for my LEGO set by my Connecticut-based customer care person, who was also very helpful and friendly. He was really kind and helpful, and he even complimented my taste in LEGO sets while helping me identify which specific pieces were missing.
