I was traveling from Denmark to Denver, Colorado. A long trip with some stops along the way, and the staff on Lufthansa was simply fantastic, making the entire trip much more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and one flight attendant, A. Kirin, stood out for her energy and demeanor. She provided the nicest service I have ever experienced on an airline. Thank you very much.
We almost missed our connecting flight with Lufthansa due to another airline, but Lufthansa made sure we didn't, made sure we got our luggage from the other airline, and someone stayed with us the entire time making sure we could clear security checks and other procedures on time (even after the gate had closed). They were quite helpful and went out of their way to help.
