Matalan have in effect STOLEN MY MONEY. I returned some items to the Boucher Road, Belfast store and the store staff did not refund me for one item. Despite contacting both store and customer services they are ignoring my request that they refund my money. Seems they couldn't give a toss about the customer once they have your money. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Disgraceful service.

I ordered a sweatshirt and jogging bottoms on 13 /1/21, said they be delivered to store on before 20 /1/21,iam still waiting, I've sent lots of emails to customer care no help, and they still haven't refunded me my money £25,ive been waiting 15 days now sham on you matalan

Matalan online services is very bed,i ordered a pair of shoe on-line but when i got my parcel one shoes was missing. I emailed on customer services they reply me back after one and half week.second time i order 3 things and again one item was missing. I complained again nether they reply nor refund my money. Very poor services

I have now been waiting for a refund for over two weeks ! As phone lines are closed , communication is by email and I keep getting fobbed off ! Poor customer service by head office and the Aberdeen store !

I would just like to say thank you to Matalan, have been stuck in lockdown for nearly a year now. Juat about to to see the light of day ,when I thought I would order some bits. Ordered a couple of pair of trousers, which is always a problem for me coz only 5ft tall. And a few tops. WOW everything true to size and great, no need to return anything. Very impressed ,Thaanks
