Do not bank with Think Money. I had money transferred into my account and they are now allowing me to access these funds, they asked me to provide proof what the money is for which I have. I am now being told to sit and wait for someone to call me to update me which has now been 4 days. Customer service staff (majority of them) are very unhelpful no consideration, generally do not care.
Thinkmoney wont confirm i paid in 50 pounds and wont let me access my account or confirm money has been received. I am reporting them to financial authority. Incredibly insensitive and dismissive telephone operator. This company exploits the poor to get 10 pounds per month for doing nothing except depriving, i hesitate to say stealing, them of their own money. Dont touch these conartists with a barge pole. No doubt i'll get an asinine, platitudinous respnse('oh, we're really sorry blah blah blah).
