The worst company in the world if you want to contact them with a legitimate reasonable problem
Of all the organisations that vie for the title of least user friendly Microsoft ranks high. They are masters of the culture of believing that an automated voice and a predetermined range of options can answer all needs. This is a junk philosophy. All I really wanted to say was, in effect, get off my back. Eventually I spent half an hour with a chap who purported to have solved my problem - getting rid of Microsoft Teams invading my territory uninvited. Had he solved the problem? No, it was exactly as before our conversation. Then, when I open my computer, it always tells me that WE have an account problem that needs to be fixed. It is when I have a problem that it needs fixing. I manage perfectly well with Microsoft licking its wounds over its own problem.
