I've ordered from PLT several times, but this time I got a bikini bottom with a tiny makeup stain. I called customer support to find out what could be done. My first customer service representative stopped responding, but when I followed up, I spoke with Trisha, who was really kind, obviously read over my original inquiry again, and told me that although my item was no longer in stock, I could not get a replacement. She also gave me a refund, which was really helpful, and told me that perhaps I could clean or upcycle the item. Many thanks,
Aldrin and Cidrex had an incredible experience. Aldrin offered me the choice to exchange a defective item for a new one and have it delivered the next day. Cidrex processed a new order for me very quickly, using the notes from their previous chat with his colleague. Excellently prompt service that gave me all the information I needed without my needing to ask. I'm grateful.
