After twenty years with a well-known high street brand, this is my first visit to Scrivens. It was quite easy for me to schedule an appointment because there were plenty of times available. The manager was very good. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive when it came to helping me select my frame. I knew precisely what I paid for because the pricing was transparent.
It was a pleasure to be present from the very first moment of interaction. The name on the receptionist badge was, fittingly, Joy. The employees had time to converse and even laughed at my bad jokes because it wasn't a very busy day. Before I ever needed an eye test, the woman who conducted the examination listened to my past experiences. Her discoveries led to the discovery of a flaw, so I must come back for additional testing. She was quite thorough, and I have faith in her.
