Though I don't generally send evaluations, I felt compelled to do so this time because Southern Water has received such negative news. On Thursday at midday, every drain in our house was clogged. Though the large volume of callouts made the first phone call less than ideal, I called again on Friday morning, and about 10:00, a man from Southern Water showed up. He cleared everything for nearly two hours. He did a very good, albeit unglamorous, job and was quite cordial. Regards
We informed a helpful phone operator about a spill outside. The engineer showed up quickly, and Craig was very good—reassuring, courteous, and nice. To the great satisfaction of two elderly people, he identified the problem and fixed it by unblocking the drain. Please accept my sincere gratitude for all of his assistance.
