Thanks to Lauren, I had an amazing experience at The Works! Her cheerful demeanour and extensive knowledge of the store's merchandise, particularly the books, made the chat enjoyable. The interaction and unwavering smile of Lauren really make the shopping experience even better. A fantastic employee!
Even though I don't live in Devizes, I went to The Works today. What a charming, well-run store! I must add that the entire staff made me feel welcome and that they were really helpful to all of the patrons. Naomi, who was incredibly helpful and had a grin, served me. I don't usually write reviews, but the shop and people were fantastic. Naomi, thank you for always treating your customers with the utmost respect.
