Unfortunately, my extremely ill cat has required me to use this service this week. The professionalism and kindness of every employee I have met thus far have greatly impressed me. I believe that I have received the best possible understanding and kindness from everyone, and during a stressful time like this, it is truly invaluable. I want to express my deep gratitude to the entire Worthing team for helping to make this terrible period as comfortable as possible in terms of functionality. Thank you so much to all of you.
When they arrived, the service was prompt and effective. He was well cared for during his overnight stay with the veterinarians, and the personnel and receptionist were both delightful. Sadly, Eddie did not survive; after returning home, his condition quickly worsened, and he passed away.
