Exeter's Vue is amazing. There are seven displays and extremely dark auditoria throughout, preventing any light from fire exit signs from leaking onto the screens. Online reservations are £1 less expensive per ticket (vs. 7.99 online and 8.99 in-person in February 2024). I have no concerns because, although they turn up the sound, it still drowns out the din of chatting popcorn. The hosts, Matt, and one of the managers, Ivan, are two of the best employees. Large, comfortable electric recliners are featured in every seat. The best theatre for a film.
Yesterday, we went to Vue Cinema Worcester with a few of our residents. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Becky, who made sure our residents had chairs outside to sit on and promised them that she would gladly bring chairs inside for them to wait on when we had trouble getting cabs home. Becky kept checking to see if we were all alright and if we had succeeded in securing taxis. Becky's first-rate customer service ensures that we will return to Vue with our residents. I'm grateful.
