Wetherspoons Corporate Office Headquarters

Wherever my travels take me I always try to find a Wetherspoons for a meal and a drink. I always find them to be very clean and you always get a good well presented meal, (value for your money), unfortunately this is not the case with the Wetherspoons in Beeston, on two recent visits and my last visit to this pub, they didn't have the meal I wanted because they had run out, (twice, two separate visits) and the meals I did order for myself and work colleagues were terrible, not cooked properly and one of my colleagues didn't get the correct meal, I could accept it on one visit, but not on two separate occasions. The pub in my opinion is poorly run and it is letting Wetherspoons down badly. Also the toilets were filthy and in a poor state of repair.

Hello I have never sent mail before ,but this time I must, my wife and I always have meals and drinks in a weatherspoons where ever we go , this time we went to the one at Shirley high street Southampton, And I have to say its the dirtest one we have been to when going up stairs to the loo the hand rails were so sticky my hands were getting stuck on the rails, when trying to open the doors at the top they would not open as they were stuck together were they had not be cleaned for years , in the loos, the doors had not been cleaned for weeks ,Lastly after washing my hand and drying ,you cannot get out without putting your clean hands on dirty door handles ,come on weatherspoons please do something about this ,as fast as you can we love weatherspoons but not when they are like this ,

Yesterday 5th Feb 13 of us went to college arms in Peterborough to celebrate a friends 80th to where a day went from good to bad all because one arragont manager with the Name of Jay who was so rude and wonder why big brawls start in pub we will never return to this pub as we was treated awful , even the Queues at bar was crazy service terrible bar attenders don’t even know to serve first so customers losing there tempers

Had an over night stay at the unicorn, ripon it was disappointing, we had a piece of concrete on the carpet, was told they would come up to remove it, nobody came, also the room was freezing all night, still had the old windows in, friends off ours also there the room they had was lovely and very warm, we paid tge same as them for our room, also the food was terrible, would not recommend

On Friday May 13, I spent a few hours in your Weatherspoons pub in Kingston upon Thames with some friends.
We had a lovely evening.
Unfortunately on the way out, one of my friends had a fall and cut her head quite badly.
I have to say that the staff on duty that evening were very attentive and quick helping me out getting an ambulance and helping me take care of my friend until the ambulance arrived. There was even an off duty nurse in the pub who helped out.
Please thank the staff who were on duty on the evening of May 13 2022.

Issue with bar staff refusing my wife a drink as she was told she was slurring her words and loud . ( she’s deaf). After being asked to leave and having to show hearing AIds we left and raised a complaint this has been getting investigated since the 30th June .and dispite contacting Wetherspoons we still have had no apology or contact off them . Disgraceful

My sons birthday today so decided to go for breakfast. Wasn't overly busy 1 person serving behind bar and 2 working on the floor. 35 minutes we waited for our breakfasts 1 of our party of five had to go so got a refund of £4.50 for traditional breakfast. Then the lad working the floor came over and gave us the breakfast that was refunded as a kind gesture until the other breakfasts came, I'm not sure how this one breakfast was ready before the other four. 5 mins later all the other breakfasts came 2 large and 2 more traditional. The eggs were hard and looked like they had been mashed up, no mushrooms on the large. We complained and we were given 2 soft drinks and a small glass of wine and told we will received more eggs and the mushrooms, but we did not receive any of these. We waited as long as we could but our breakfasts were cold. I complained again again as we left, about not receiving the eggs or mushrooms and the lady, ( I assume is the supervisor) just said " I'm sorry, you have really had a bad experience today haven't you? can I get you anything to take out?"I just replied "No" and then walked out. This is not the only bad experience I have had there and swore I wouldn't go back but thought I'd give it another go. But now I really won't be returning and will only go to weatherspoons, Picture house down the High Street. Same chain, same food but a whole lot better. Great stuff, clean tables food is pretty much on time , hot and cooked beautiful.

theres an old.bingo hall in my town which would be. perfect for your company.westoe rd. was called mecca bingo .not two minutes away from the college

Today i visited your branch in Rickmansworth, The Pensylwania, i would not recommend this establishment to anyone basically i qent in to have breakfast today , ordered on the app and waited, waited, waited..... over 35 minutes later they brought in my plate stone cold, the toast was so hard and cold tgat i cut my lips on it. The butter was useless, my husband didn't get hashbrowns or butter at all, his plate was cold

couldn't eat his eggs and the service was appalling, staff didn't care, didn't have explanation and when asked for one the reply was "i am tired"?????

Food menu states brandy and mixer included. Twice i have been charged 99p for ginger ale.when pointed out to wAiter he said that was how they ring it up

.no refund given!!so witherspoon are breaking the trade description act and making thousands on false description of meals and a drink.
