DO NOT USE
Had workmen booked and garden prepared never delivered order refused to deliver until following week which meant a week with no work for paid workmen
manager at Newmarket absolouley useless

DO NOT BUY a KITCHEN OFF WICKS i have had so many problems and after 4 weeks of trying to mend this i have had no reply or care off them i have called over 65 times and no one is willing to help me i have been left with half a kitchen which has been a struggle for me as i am unable to cook or wash my clothes and being a nurse i have to wash my uniform every week and have been unable to do so.

1. first problem started when my builder turned up and had not been informed that they were meant to fit my flooring which i paid extra for

2. only half a delivery turned up and was told that the work tops hadn't been order and that there was now a wait on them because they had t been ordered

3. second delivery arrange only one iteam turned up out of for 2weeks into having no kitchen

4.phone wicks for the 20th time at this point and was laughed at on the phone when asked to speak to a manager

5. was told at 10.00 that a manger would call me back phone again at 14.00 as no one had rung me was told he was on break phoned again at 16.00 was told he had finished work and gone home and that he would phone me still haven't heard off him 3 weeks later even thought the 40 phones o have made and ask to speak to him no able to do so

6. arrange for a new delivery date after 2 attempts the third delivery didn't even leave the port

7.was told that they had rearing 4 delivery called and was told no delivery had been sorted and that the system said it had already been delivered even though i was told the day after fail 3 delivery that it hadn't left the port

8. tried to cancel as i had no kitchen fitted and this has been going on for 4 weeks no manager will speak to me and no one knows what to do i have been told that i cant cancelle and still have to pay for a kitchen that i have not had

DO NOT BUY this has honestly been like having a full time job without being payed and still i am without a kitchen unable to cook or wash my scrubs for work THEY DONT CARE A LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY

Ordered a shower room and bathroom planned and fitted by Wickes. The shower room door wont close the toilet is in the way (Wickes planned this). In the bathroom the toilet doesn't work , the one they supplied was faulty and haven't got round to fitting the replacement. The pipes are loose and rattle, the worktop has the wrong end cut off and the end that is showing is a mess. The bath takes several hours to drain and the door frame is battered and broken with a couple of screws left protruding and looks like someone has tried to jemmy it off at one point.

Wickes have been sent photographic proof and say it is up to the showroom planner and fitter an neither will do anything according to Wickes. I paid them and it is their responsibility. I will inform trading standards and take action to recover the estimated costs of remediation

Ordered and paid in full of a kitchen

Ordered and paid in full for a kitchen in October 2021.kitchen arrived in January 2022 as I was told it would, All seamed ok but cooker and microwave was missing,Customer service said they would arrive on the 18th microwave did but no cooker. Customer service said out of stock might be in 31st January 2022
How can they sell a item that has been paid for and I was told it would be held for me.
To add in-salt I was asked to pay a further £454 for the work top
I will not use this company again again.
I feel sorry for the fitter who was great and did a good job.

Useless beyond belief. Sold me a batch of faulty tiles that have held up the build of a new bathroom. Called dozens of times and promised a called back from their ‘escalation team’ within 48 hours - well has happened three times and still no call. I am now going to the small claims court to sue them and advise everyone else to do the same. This is without a shadow of a doubt the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

I had a new kitchen fitted - crap finish - contacted Wicks again to get the doors fixed - someone arrived just to look on January 19th 2022 - still waiting for someone to fix the problems , date now March 18th 2022 - if you need a new kitchen DONT GO TO WICKS.

this is the worst worst worst company in UK avoid it
i use wickes 12 years ago for my kitchen and was brilliant so i moved the house so i want to renew my kitchen i order my kitchen on 17 September been told my house to be done by end of Feb and its because i loved there job i waited but nothing been done till marsh send the kitchen fitted to do the survey he didint do it properly the day to start to do the job he told me the Gaz pipe is near the hub and its against regulation so they change the deseing week later the gaz man came to inform me thats it ok to do it ???//?/ than i waited 2 weeks the kitchen fitted didint turn up to start the job all that i was complaining to the guest relation manager nothing been done so i cancel
since 17 of March and still waiting for my refund till today the 20of April
if you want all the email ive been sending i will send it to any one its nightmare my order number 883322 and i know i will get email to say send us your detail and we contact you

How Wickes can possibly have the tag line “let’s do it right” is beyond me. Our bathroom installation was cancelled with less than 24hours notice, as well as scatty delivery dates, missing items, discontinued items (again with less than 24 hours notice) and we were told we would have to wait 6 months for a new installation date. We managed to find our own fitters to come out later in the week with less than 24 hours notice. After being refunded the wrong amount for the installation, we were told we were overcharged by £350 in the first place. Our cabinet was measured wrong so had to be adjusted and now looks ridiculous. We incurred countless extra costs due to the cancellation. And even after escalating this to customer relations, the service was still abysmal as our “dedicated complaints handler” Ashley can’t even stick to his own deadlines in contacting us! When we do call, he doesn’t answer or makes out like he called us! Absolutely shocking. My advice would be to not pay until the work is done as they don’t care once they have your money.

Three months for the fitter to say he could not undertake the work of a kitchen and bathroom as there is carpet in the hall and lounge. Tried to get some sense but so far no luck. Unprofessional

I wish my review was different to everyone elses but sadly its not. I bought my kitchen in May last year. Guess what we are in Jan and still waiting. The drivers arrived yesterday sat for 10 minutes (mind you they were 2 hrs later than the 4 hr time slot I was given with no phone call to say "I'm sorry but we are running late") and then they drove off with my kitchen still in the back and said we refused the delivery. Like I would. I've been waiting long enough for this bloody kitchen. As others say Customer Services are a shower of complete useless shite. They have no customer service. "Lisa" obviously doesn't know her arse from her elbow or how to call a customer because thats what she said she was going to do. Had to legal involved and supposedly my kitchen is now being delivered 2 days later. I have been lied to and let down so many times. I have no kitchen at all as everything has been ripped out so thats even better...not. I would NEVER recommend WICKES to anyone because they are a waste of space.
