Like the previous the reviews I to have to give it one star rating

I went on line and ordered 4 bags shingle and 2 shutter boards pay and collect collected the 4 bags in Littlehampton but the 2 boards had to be collected in Shrewsbury - Littlehampton had about 20 on the rack but for me to take them I would have paid again not ifs or butts an absolute waste of time and Ive spent over £8000 in the last 18 monts

Absolutely appalled by Wickes’s customer service department! They are little more than useless! I have spent so much time on the phone that after the 3rd time waiting for a delivery all day yesterday that didn’t arrive with no communication informing me I lost the plot at them this morning only to be told by ‘Lewis’ that it’s not in his job description to be shouted at or sworn at’ which I totally agree but how about fulfilling your job description by sorting out the bloody issue! I also said that I would put it all over the internet to be told ‘that’s my prerogative!’ This has taken up all my holiday time and now going back to work with an incomplete kitchen! The whole experience has cost me money on calls, stress and anxiety! I suppose it will be my fault that I’m at work when they finally want to deliver! I haven’t got spare non working adults around me to wait for a delivery that 3 out of 3 times has been a complete shambles! I would source my own and get the money back but I’m still waiting on a refund for another mistake they made! It saddens and frustrates me that people have also been contacting the CEO but not getting anywhere! Perhaps we should start a petition or go to the newspapers they should not be able to get away with it! If I did my job like that I’d be sacked! I could go on but I’m exhausted with dealing with them 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

Wickes online is useless, the webchat line is no good either. Their DX Courier service is frankly worse that useless. My order has been with them for a month they changed the delivery date from Bank Holiday Monday to the following day and three days later it still hasn't arrived! I would have to think twice before using them again. I only used them this time due to staying in because of Covid! I didn't even want to give them one star I don't think they deserve even that!

I also went into store to purchase a large order of flooring and the order came with wrong bits and half my order was meant to come two weeks later I cancelled and requested a refund and I was told 14 working days and today I wake up no refund and I see this is a common problem with wickes and would never spend my hard earned cash with them ever again

I ordered goods. Wrong goods were delivered. Spoke to branch manager and requested refund. Refund assured by manager. Nothing happened. No refund issued. Raised several complaints with Wickes Customer services. Complaint still unresolved after almost 16 weeks.

I will not give up, because I want this complaint resolved to my satisfaction, but that wont stop me giving an entirely honest review.

Wickes have behaved in a disgraceful way. If Wickes think I'm lying, I am happy for Wickes to prove me wrong.

Kitchen ordered 1st August 2010. Several items missing. Customer Services are appalling and unhelpful. Nearly 6 months later we are still waiting for our dishwasher. With the current situation you try to be patient. But we have had 3 promised delivery slots (Voicemail, email, and text confirmation with the timed slot) and no dishwasher. The unhelpful advice from Customer Services was that we should go elsewhere. I definitely will from now on!

Wicks what a waste of time. Cannot tell you when a delvery they messed is coming and the store manager and customer "services" cant even read messages properly

March 18th 2021 customer service is a complete waste of time, ordered a 10 litre tub of dulux paint the tub had the bottom smashed out and the paint was in a taped bag and box but they still delivered it what a joke.No apology from wickes.
