Order of £40 never has arrived !! Emails no reply , head office put phone down , customer care no answer after 5 attempts and 1 hour waiting . Never again order online

I ordered a package costing £29 from Wilko on 22.08.2020. It was due to arrive on 24.08.2020. It did notv arrive as it had been "damaged beyond repair ' at Hermes depot at 1048 hrs. Wilko did not contact me and I only found out on Hermes tracking site. Remained in all day and Wilko Customer Service failed to notify me of no delivery. They should send me another box free of charge for wasting my time the whole day and not even letting me know.

Awful, awful service. When I tried to complain by phone, on all their extensions, there was no-one to pick up on any extensions and I was even cut off. Terrible customer service.

I tred to order a rainwater barrel online but the request did not generate an order number, so I tried again with no success. No reply to my email query. I then found we had we charges on our credit card for 2 barrels - none delivered and still no order number. Since then we have sent 11 emails, some returned with the same questions that have already been answered previously. No answers on either the Customer Service line or Head Office. If they are working from home, they should be answering but the phone just rings endlessly. This is the worst service I have ever received and the Management Company should be investigating this complaint.

Burgess Hill store has no staff on tills except for one , the others are self service . Queues are long and fill up the shop quickly , thought public had to self distance but it seems this store is exempt. After calling the store about this , the manageress said it was not her job to maintain the distancing !! Also after using the self service till no hand sanitizers left out for public to use . Terrible attitude of manageress when I rang her to express my concerns , was rude and told me she could have up to 70 people in the Burgess hill store.!! I do not think her very competent and things should be looked into .

I have been shopping at Wilko's for many years, and not once did I ever feel unwelcome, until Covid came to town. It seemed that the store at the Swansea branch where I live had turned a corner, and not for the better! My first few experiences, were acceptable considering the lockdown restrictions. Then on the 28th September, as I entered the store to do a little shopping, I was stopped by a security guard. She asked me do I have a mask? I replied "no I don't, I am Exempt" She then asked to see my exemption card. I replied "I do not need to show you my card, It's against my civil rights, and you have no right to ask me to show it. She then became quite annoyed at me challenging her authority. She asked me to leave the store because I was becoming a nuisance. Unbelievable Me? I only came in to buy some black bags, and I get the Gestapo treatment. Reminds me of how the Jews felt, and were treated. Wilko really needs to re educate their staff to treat customers as human beings and not criminals over a stupid rule that has no safety value or protection over covid. Wilko also needs to vet their security staff. There's a big difference between a door person trained to man handle trouble makers, and those trained to serve customers with respect at shopping stores. These are two different entities. It seems some people take their job worth to seriously.

Wilkinsons Huddersfield. And Horizon Parking. 38 minutes parked in car park, after trying to pay at parking meters that were not working and being fixed by 2 men. My 72 yr old husband was sent a parking fine of £85.00 pound

(he wasnt driving the car) that hes now paying because he doesnt want Bailiffs at the door.

I asked instore to speak to a managerfor you to cancel it but you wouldnt and got an inexperienced staff member to explain to us that you rent the land to horizon parking and you couldnt do anything about it, which is a blatant lie.

Shame on you Wilkinsons and Shame on the parking company too.

I will never shop at wilkinsons again your customer service is outstanding!!

Hi, I placed an order with Wilko on 28/10, email confirming dispatch on 29/10, it was supposed to be delivered by 03/11. I still haven't received it and it's 17/11. Tracking the shipment via Hermes is no use as it hasn't moved since 09/11. Wilko you are not answering my emails and i keep getting cut off via telephone after waiting over 45 minutes, plus I cannot get any update or response from Hermes & their telephone number doesn't work.

What am i supposed to do? I am fed up of not receiving good quality service from any part of the wilko team. Please refund me asap - order - 001247364352

We have just visited Great Bridge store, the staff at this store have a dreadful attitude towards customers. If you want to pay by card you have to do self service. No one really willing to help you. If you don't want to do self service you have to pay by cash, why can't you pay by card and be served? A number of shelves are empty on the last 2 or 3 visits we have made to the store, looks like it is closing down? Could not give no stars as you have to give a rating but they do not deserve any stars.

Customer service for a company like Wilko is shocking to say the least.

I have waited an hour one day and half an hour another to speak to a customer service advisor, i quite understand that people are working from home but why are they not answering to solve peoples problems??

surely an email service would help??

Not impressed with Wilko taken money but now nearly two weeks late from delivery date given and still not received items and cant resolve ahhhhhhh

Could someone contact me with regards to an order 001247541674 placed on 1st Nov and acknowledged by yourselves with delivery given as 9th.I still haven’t received these goods having sent three emails with only a standard reply.Your help line I have tried 6 times but cannot get through.I am very disgusted with your after sales.Contact me urgently to either get the goods to me or refund.Thank you.
