I ordered & paid for my order,however it still as not arrived. I feel that thiz company as missed used my trust in buying in thiz way again. Very unhappy with first time order,as well as the company wowcher

Was refunded £89 to my account and advised I had 3 months to use it. Tried to buy another deal within one month but was informed my refunded amount had expired and therefore I'd lost it. It is very difficult to make contact with this company and contact was made via WhatsApp but despite prolonged discussions and including providing all necessary proofs they still would not acknowledge my claim. I believe many people must lose money to this company and would advise everyone to stay clear

Spa voucher bought for Xmas expiry 31/03/23 contacted merchant start of March - unable to use as merchant fully booked and closed for refurbishment ,
booked in for May 16th merchant said they would redeem voucher before expiry. Turns out there was a mix up with booking date , voucher not redeemed , spa closing again for refurbishment . Have provided an email thread between myself and the merchant which clearly shows all of the above
only response from Wowcher is "As you did not contacted us before the voucher expired, the refund is not applicable for you according to the terms and conditions"
Have now contacted trading standards .
between Wowcher and the Merchant there should have been some sort of communication regarding closure / refurburbishment and how this impacted on customers who bought the voucher trying to use it !!!

Their use of WhatsApp as the primary means of contact is a big clue to their attitude to customer service.

I am about to send to them by post a demand for the repayment of "expired vouchers."

They are agents for sellers, and are therefore subject to customer protection regulations.

Purchased a helicopter ride through this terrible company in Feb 2022 as a present for my son. H as ve triedtoredeem voucher and it’s coming up that it has not been paid for even the I have proof I have. After over 14 what’s app conversations and emails they keep telling me they have refunded me in my wowcher wallet. To which there is no refund there. Don’t use them!
No one to talk to when anything goes wrong!

Vile company they rob vunerable poor elderly people giving no refunds

This company is scammer. I order presents for christmas and they have not given delivery date. They do not have phone number that live. I have sent emails to them but no response. I informed of issue through whatsapp but got response that they don't deal with my issue. They are bad company and should not be used

Shocking customer service or lack of it. The voucher, when purchased, did not state you couldn't book at a 'premium location' and I actually double checked the venue I wanted was included, at the time - via the map icon. Now they say I can get a credit, but there is no venue in reasonable travelling distance, so what am I supposed to do with it? You can only get generic messages from a robot and there is no phone number. Even the replies from the chat bot take 24 hours. Aghhhhhh! Never buying from Wowcher again...

I ordered and paid for a product on 07 Feb. 2022. No response. After 2 weeks. Wrote an enquiry letter. No response. After 14 days wrote again. No response. Then prepared a County Court Claim dated 2 weeks ahead. Sent them a copy stating after those 2 weeks the Claim would be sent without any further notice. A refund received although I wanted the product. The Company is a shambles, ignorant & arrogant which delivers appalling service - no, service is non-existent.
