We will be boycotting Aldi from now on! .we have shopped there since the 1990's. In London people can only shop if the have a mobile phone!?. 🙄😡 Go woke ,go broke.

Don't buy owners from aldi

Avoid ordering on line, its not woth the stress, and hassle because you'll be lucky if you get your goods. I ordered a slow cooker on 3/10/22 and the expected date of arrival was the 14th . Nothing arrived. Evri the company who was delivering it sent me an email saying they were expecting it from Aldi, in yet when i rang Aldi they tried to blame Evri for loosing it ! Now i am left with no slow cooker because when i rang Aldi today they said they were out of stock.Yes, they said they will refund me the money and give me a £5 voucher to use on line for the inconvenience but would i order on line from Aldi again and the answer is definitely NOT. This is the first time, and LAST time i have used Aldis online service, and i am absolutely disgusted with the service, and will not be recommending their company.

purchased a compactor £200 then a petrol jet washer £129 advert clearly said 2/5 days delivery day 6 still not here got text delayed till 3rd october bought 22 sep after calling southafrican call centre asking for my money back no one was aware were wacker plate was i have to wait for courier to return items before i get refund so purchased from aldi a german based company got told by a lady in southafrica no money back till we get it back from courier avoid this place like plague i am glad i paid by credit card as stand a chance of getting my money back you cant make it up a carrier pidgeon could get it here quicker aldi a company that dont answear its own phone people need this stuff for work not a stupidly long wait if u aint got it in stock dont advertise you have been warned

I was in aldi today with my teenage step daughter getting snacks for her and a friend for a sleep over her dad gave me his bank card to pay for there snacks and i then had a separate shop for my self and my boys i wanted to buy 3 cans of gin and tonic and my boys some sweets they refused to serve me my gin and tonics as i had teenagers with me i have been discriminated against as i had teenagers with me and they said it was because i was paying twice they were happy to let me use my partners card to buy snacks. They said i was buy the drink for the teenagers one of them has a health condition and alcohol would probably kill her. You cant as a company discriminate against parents.

Truly bad service by Aldi online
I ordered a ferrex shredder
In complete error Aldi sent me a rowing machine.
I rejected it and was told I would receive a refund.
I have not received a refund
I was told to reorder the shredder which I did
I paid again for this shredder.
I received a message three days ago telling me the shredder was at the delivery depot
That’s the last I heard of it. Nobody has tied to deliver or let me know anything since.
Please don’t allow your time and money to be wasted with this shabby service.
Just go to the local store and buy what you need there

Ordered an awning on 2nd April, still not arrived. Aldi hav confirmedi t hasbeen lost by thei crrier YODEL but no offer of replacement and nobody knos how long a refund will take. Previously always hd god service from Aldi but reluctant to shop there again.

I am writing to inform the manager of this services about the following persons seen at The Aldi Supermarket, Northolt Road, South Harrow, London, between 1-18 June 2021. 1, this person is a male, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 20-30 years, retail assistant/other, seen talking to other employees and operating the till point, near to the entrance/exit door to the car park area. 2, this person is a male, asian/middleastern origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 20-30 years, retail assistant/other, seen walking along the store aisles and talking to an employee at the self-service point. 3, this person is a male, euro/mixed origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore specs, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 40-50 years, self-service assistant/other, seen at the point. 4, this person is a male, asian/middleastern origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 16-21 years, retail assistant/other, seen talking to number 3, at the self-service point. These persons intensely, gossiped in a rude and trouble making manner about a customer seen instore. No aggravations were caused between these persons and customer.
