Aldi should rename customer service to I haven't got a clue and I don't give a SH*T, I advise people not to buy any battery powered tools from Aldi as you cannot buy batteries anywhere not online not in stores even when they advertise them in their magazines I think it is a scam they have a load of these tools in their warehouse and they just want to off load stock to the unsuspecting public and there is nothing you can do even going into the stores there is no avenue to make complaints all the customer services say is we have made a note and it will be dealt with in house and you won't get updates so what this means is your complaint has been binned sucker well I am taking legal action as they are selling products that cannot be used and this will hit the media as
People don't like to be scammed.
The cheek you have to even give them a 1* rating you should be able to give negative * ratings.

This could include investing in trained security personnel, installing surveillance cameras, or implementing electronic article surveillance systems.

Customers should feel welcomed and valued when they enter a store, not treated with suspicion. Aldi should prioritize building positive relationships with its customers while also ensuring the security of its merchandise.

Why is it that some people are made to feel like criminals at the checkouts in your stores by being ask to put your bags on the conveyers? I have noticed that this does not happen to every customer.

On my last two visits to the west croft store in Bletchley when I pulled the folded bag out of my back pocket I was asked to put it on the conveyer when it was clearly flat and you couldn't put any thing in it.

On the last occasion I walked out leaving the items on the conveyer belt. And will not be returning to that store again. Which I used to go into nearly everyday.

Now to today I was at the other Bletchley store when asked to do this again which was the first being asked to do this in the nearly everyday visit for the last three weeks. When the customer in front of me was not. Also the customers on the self checkout where not asked by any of the staff to look in their bags.
As a result of this I shall not be using any of your stores again.

Being made to feel like a shoplifter every time I visit your stores.

I await with anticipation for your standard reply.

Bought a gastro lasagna from one of your Glasgow stores and my partner went to take a bite and noticed the mince appeared strange. After peeling the mince off it is a huge bug casing. Called customer services who didn't seem outraged at all and took 10 mins into the call to even apologise. They have issued a £7 e voucher to my email which I think is a joke.

We will be boycotting Aldi from now on! .we have shopped there since the 1990's. In London people can only shop if the have a mobile phone!?. 🙄😡 Go woke ,go broke.

Avoid ordering on line, its not woth the stress, and hassle because you'll be lucky if you get your goods. I ordered a slow cooker on 3/10/22 and the expected date of arrival was the 14th . Nothing arrived. Evri the company who was delivering it sent me an email saying they were expecting it from Aldi, in yet when i rang Aldi they tried to blame Evri for loosing it ! Now i am left with no slow cooker because when i rang Aldi today they said they were out of stock.Yes, they said they will refund me the money and give me a £5 voucher to use on line for the inconvenience but would i order on line from Aldi again and the answer is definitely NOT. This is the first time, and LAST time i have used Aldis online service, and i am absolutely disgusted with the service, and will not be recommending their company.

purchased a compactor £200 then a petrol jet washer £129 advert clearly said 2/5 days delivery day 6 still not here got text delayed till 3rd october bought 22 sep after calling southafrican call centre asking for my money back no one was aware were wacker plate was i have to wait for courier to return items before i get refund so purchased from aldi a german based company got told by a lady in southafrica no money back till we get it back from courier avoid this place like plague i am glad i paid by credit card as stand a chance of getting my money back you cant make it up a carrier pidgeon could get it here quicker aldi a company that dont answear its own phone people need this stuff for work not a stupidly long wait if u aint got it in stock dont advertise you have been warned

I was in aldi today with my teenage step daughter getting snacks for her and a friend for a sleep over her dad gave me his bank card to pay for there snacks and i then had a separate shop for my self and my boys i wanted to buy 3 cans of gin and tonic and my boys some sweets they refused to serve me my gin and tonics as i had teenagers with me i have been discriminated against as i had teenagers with me and they said it was because i was paying twice they were happy to let me use my partners card to buy snacks. They said i was buy the drink for the teenagers one of them has a health condition and alcohol would probably kill her. You cant as a company discriminate against parents.
