My item cancelled from Amazon not delivered promised full refund from Amazon but not received one to date? Now I probably go to the country court for my money and expenses

How can Amazon keep sending me messages asking me a old age pensioner for money for something I do not need,as any other OAP had the same message

Absolutely disgraceful company and place to work .Unreliable payments to drivers.

Worlds worst company, had my account closed with £600 in it because they believed it to be fraud, opened countless support tickets and have had countless phone calls (way above 20) over the past month, none of them could fix my issue.

support team seem to not understand English, constantly getting your request wrong.

Hopeless. Absolutly hopeless. I went to collect a parcel from my local hub only the hub wasnt working. I called the number only to be cut off and told the solution was on amazon. It wasnt. I found a number online that connected me to an actual person only to be told that unless I gave them my phone number and email, they would not help. To remind readers of why I was calling... the collections hub wasnt working. My details wouldnt fix this and the last time I gave amazon my details, someone tried to scam me.
The human on the phone refused to help or even listen so I refused to tell them which hub was broken.

Next morning i checked and the hub was still down. I went back three hours later and it was fixed and my parcel gone. Therefore should this happen again amazon expects me to sit BY the locker for as long as it takes for a repair techie to turn up ans to hope they will let me have my parcel.

If it happens again i'm just gonna pull the plug, take my parcel, and plug the hub in again.

Scam company. Next to impossible to contact them in Ireland. Emails listed not valid. With the exception of 1 Kindle book all my other books disappeared. Chat reps all very polite but are just there to fog you off. The ones I spoke to were not able to resolve issue of disappearing books. Avoid them like the plague. I certainly will.

Im now having to take legal action against Amazon because Tatjana K has decided to suspend my account and hold my money to ransom that i used to pay for an order she put on hold i cannot believe a company like amazon would possibly act this way

There customer service is vial and disgusting.Amazon your servise is poor and after the way you took a payment out my bank which shouldn't have happened,and after the failure to rectify this,and sending me Emails saying a payment would not come out in black and white you have left me no option but to contact trading standards.I feel let down by amazon,after useing them for years.

My wife had several calls from Amazon about managing her Amazon prime account. We do not have an account, this trick has been tried before on us. I E mailed to the complaints dept but just got a nil reply have now posted a complaint off. They obviously do not want any complaints, so why advertise this E mail?
