B&M Corporate Office Headquarters

Been working with BnM for 8 months now, and I love the people I work with, however ive had a few moments that have made me feel really uncomfortable along the way...... Does bullying and double standards happen in all BNM stores and my main concern is sexual harassment! Is it common to have your supervisor tell you if you dont sleep with them youll be let go and bombarded with texts and whatsapp messages?

I have worked for b&m marina quay, Rhyl, for a while now and what an eye opener it is, deputy manager always listens, management and area management have no respect for staff, the staff are unhappy and moral in the store is so low, we all love are jobs but hate the fact we get no respect, and all our hours changed to work later in the week which we all took on board, but we use to finish at 5.30pm on a sunday now they want us to work till 7pm which is totally unfair, we work so hard, but area manager comes in turns the store upside down, also contradicts herself all the time, work stock, then dont work stock, we dont have any faith in her, as we dont know if we are coming and going, we cant wait for are manager to come back who at present is on maternity leave, she was also respectful of the staff and didnt treat us like kids.
Also a staff member had a bad racial comment said about her in store by a colleague, yet he got to keep his job cos management think hes a blue eyed boy, he hurt a colleague with his words, but she never got any support from management or area manager, she just got told the feel sorry for him. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
The colleagues i work with are a great group of people and its a pleasure to work with them, but no one has ever asked if there is any problems, if you voice your opinions we dont feel like were being heard.

I work in site 607 in Newport. And you should really make an investigation into your management there because the only employees that ever get full time work are the managers daughter and sister and niece. The store is an absolute mess ive been there for over a year and im absolutely disgusted with how the place is run by an all female management team. Fire sue and her family and give me the chance to actually run your business properly. If you let this carry on your newport branch 607 will have no employees left by the end of the year

Hi..im working in b@m ..but managers not hanna and Eron this people not posible be managers..not doing nothing..people asking for holidays just ignore this..in shop just looking not good..to many products out in day..people don't wanna working properly...i think this 2 women managers ...not possible working how managers..and you seet in office not doing nothing...sorry but this try..

I was working since October in B@m in Didcot. Karen is unbelievable the way she treats people no wonder why she can’t get staff to stay and I heard her say to Thomas a racist abuse out in the aisle. I’m disgusted by it and that’s why I’ve given in my resignation. I left my job to work for her. I’ve never been so ill I hate it and I’m scared to go back if that’s the way she treats people

Has any body ever worked for B n M. I have been working for runcorn warehouse an I have never ever experienced the way they treat people in all my life it's absolutely shocking. The people in the office think they are cut above an the way they treat grown men an single people out is shocking. The woman who works there likes to think she's the main person but she's only there because she was sleeping with the manager an the managers son is a young lad with a silver spoon. Personally something needs to be done about this site an management there

I was in the shop in damolly retail park in newry and it was a disgrace only 1 person on the till the cashier had to call 3 times before anybody came i will not be back and i will tell my friends to ignore it i was very displeased

I was in store today in Carlisle Kingstown and was spoken to like crap by 2 members of staff, in front of customers. The two members of staff where dirty and smelly and I have witnesses to say I done nothing wrong.

Refused to refund faulty product two days after purchase.
This is breaking the law under the consumer rights act of 2015.
Their customer support team simply said ‘sorry, cant help, contact the manufacturer direct’
Dreadful. Illegal.
