I work in site 607 in Newport. And you should really make an investigation into your management there because the only employees that ever get full time work are the managers daughter and sister and niece. The store is an absolute mess ive been there for over a year and im absolutely disgusted with how the place is run by an all female management team. Fire sue and her family and give me the chance to actually run your business properly. If you let this carry on your newport branch 607 will have no employees left by the end of the year

I was working since October in B@m in Didcot. Karen is unbelievable the way she treats people no wonder why she can’t get staff to stay and I heard her say to Thomas a racist abuse out in the aisle. I’m disgusted by it and that’s why I’ve given in my resignation. I left my job to work for her. I’ve never been so ill I hate it and I’m scared to go back if that’s the way she treats people

Has any body ever worked for B n M. I have been working for runcorn warehouse an I have never ever experienced the way they treat people in all my life it's absolutely shocking. The people in the office think they are cut above an the way they treat grown men an single people out is shocking. The woman who works there likes to think she's the main person but she's only there because she was sleeping with the manager an the managers son is a young lad with a silver spoon. Personally something needs to be done about this site an management there

I was in the shop in damolly retail park in newry and it was a disgrace only 1 person on the till the cashier had to call 3 times before anybody came i will not be back and i will tell my friends to ignore it i was very displeased

I was in store today in Carlisle Kingstown and was spoken to like crap by 2 members of staff, in front of customers. The two members of staff where dirty and smelly and I have witnesses to say I done nothing wrong.

Refused to refund faulty product two days after purchase.
This is breaking the law under the consumer rights act of 2015.
Their customer support team simply said ‘sorry, cant help, contact the manufacturer direct’

Derby store on ascot drive sacked my partner for having a week off due to a broken toe it still hasnt healed but he still went back to work after a week of being in a boot and only recieving his sick note today disgusting members of staff always saying rhings aboit other employees on the shop floor for customers to hear this is at the ascot drive store in derby

dear sirs. i have been to your catterick garrison store and the manager is not up to scratch he has young kids on shop floor that do not give a dam then he has to get the older staff to do odd hours to sort the mess out. i think you should take a good look at his managment skills i dont think he has any yours un happy customer
