Awful customer services, cut off on 4 occasions. Compliant still going on after 18 months. No senior manager wants to speak to us.
This company can keep making the same mistakes over and over again, making hour life very difficult even after they have admitted fault. Five months and still counting to sort an issue that they keep telling me is sorted, but go on to undo.
