Customer services is a joke; they lie, put the phone down on you, the call back system does not work, they have ignored 5 e-mails of complaint, some of their agents have difficulty with English, they have refused to let me speak to a supervisor or manager and refused to give me the name of the Customer Services Manager. They do not provide any service to the customer. I will never use H & B again.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Still waiting over 6 weeks for a refund and returns label, though they keep sending a courier to collect the parcel. I have spent hours trying to deal with customer services, who are evidently poorly trained and give contradictory information. I have sent multiple emails that are either ignored or replied with irrelevant information not addressing the issues raised. Avoid!

I order from company because I really on protein powders because unable to eat solids 70+percent of the time my orders go to someone else because of their mistake no refund no one cares emailed phoned text they are rude and unwilling to help

Probably the worst customer services that I have ever dealt with. A lot of wasted time and the issue is still not resolved. Don't be surprised if this company goes out of business.

Would give minus star rating if possible....placed order 28 Dec & today 13 Jan still not arrived. Told twice 10 days ago that it would be resent on next day delivery - no order received! Spent a Total of 90 mins on phone calls to be told the same thing - someone will call you back - guess what - no call back received. I have emailed them but still no response. Told I have to wait for manager to call me back to get it resolved despite the fact that I have spent over £50 on my order but cannot get either a refund or a new order sent. OUTRAGEOUS - they have taken my money but not sent the order & not resolving the matter. My advice .....DO NOT USE H & B - they are no longer exclusive ....there are plenty of other shops that sell similar products!

Agree 1 star too generous. Appalling customer service. Refund due and not received. Just get auto response to e mails and nothing further.

After chasing the missing order, turned out it was “lost”! Heard this has been a common occurrence and is clearly not good enough..

Actually zero stars. No-one cares. Poor service. Appalling attitude.

Atrocious service. Would give no stars if allowed. Customer service doesn't exist.
