My order was delivered by a driver spilled inside of her box. She said sorry and left. No food, money gone. Deliveroo refuses to refund my money without a photo. I could not take a photo of the driver’s dirty box in the darkness outside of my house (it did not even cross my mind). Disgusting. Order 0320

Food did not arrive. When I eventually acquired the contact details (via the restaurant), the call handler was virtually non understandable and stated that the order was marked as delivered by the driver. The call was dropped shortly after. On re-ringing, I had someone even more difficult to understand and the conversation eventually reduced to single letter statements in order to be understood.

So now I am out of pocket, have no food, have had no satisfactory customer service and am highly stressed from the process. I really have to conclude that there are more customer friendly and stressless ways to obtain food than by wasting my time with Deliveroo ever again.
