I bought an Therapur Actigel mattress less than a year ago paying around £1500. It is showing all the symptoms of a 7 (seven) year mattress. It's bobbling very badly, sinking and threads coming loose. I have just had an "engineer" out to assess for a warranty claim (after paying extra for an eight year warranty) only to be told, none of my complaints are covered by warranty. So WHAT THE HELL IS. Absolute rubbish company to deal with. Don't,please save your money and sanity and go elsewhere. I'm going to the Small Claims Court to try & resolve this.
