Bought a shower tray turned up broken sent a replacement that turned up broken was told cant have a refund tell they have been pick up waited 2weeks still not pick up they take ur money then dont want to give it back

I have tried taking a product back to the homebase store 650 that carries a 5 year guarantee, only to be told that I should send it back to the manufacturers myself for a replacement/refund. Unfortunately the product leaflet only has the warranty givers address, which is of no use whatsoever. I have since tried sending an email to customer.feedback@homebase.co.uk, with my complaint but unfortunately the email address was rejected! Where is your after sales customer service? Very disappointed

I had a chipped glass table top delivered as part of a garden set two weeks ago. Have sent all the necessary details plus photographs which Homebase (so-called) Customer Services (overseas) confirm have been received. I CANNOT seem to get a replacement or any sensible response from them. Please can someone get on the case!

After spending 12k on kitchen 6 years later when some parts are needed to be replace customer service doesn’t exist. It is absolutely disgusting when I asked area manager to call - all what I’m getting is “ he’s aware of your problems “ I will never recommend Homebase kitchens to anyone as it is very easy to take 12k but very hard to follow up after . PLEASE DO NOT SHOP IN HOMEBASE KITCHENS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY ! This is for Homebase in Portlaoise.

i actually went in the other day wanting 20 bags of soil delivering but they said they where short staffed because of covid but everywhere is basically gone back to normal now bearing in mind my mum is disabled and i cant drive and have no1 to pick it up she is upset because her garden is going down hill

I couldn't give Homebase even a i star review as I received hopeless chaos to order placed at Market Harborough store. In stock, not in stock, available for collection, not available, refunded not refunded. Ring you back they said but not called back. Letter of complaint to CEO 2 weeks ago not answered.

In the middle of an ongoing complaint with Homebase. Copied the customer.feedback email on my second complaint letter and got an email back that said 'Message blocked, recipient address rejected, access denied' If it wasn't so tragic it would be funny! This company is dreadful!!
