i gotta to say this but there are some rude staff in the grays store bought some shopping with my mum yesterday who cant move that fast and just as we were paying the till op took payment while mum was packing but before we could even finish packing she was already scanning the next customer's shopping and just looked at me with such a filthy look no social distancing going at all in the store especially when lineing up to pay

Had my order delivered on 1 October found to be a pack of eggs missing, phoned paignton food warehouse, they said they bring them out Thursday afternoon, Friday made another phone call, they bring out the eggs Friday,Saturday phone 0800 number he said i get them to bring them out today,its now 20.14 Saturday night still no eggs been delivered after 3 days and 3 phone calls, i live only 3 miles away from the warehouse surely one of the drivers must have driven past wear i live

I placed a online order at Maidenhead store for sat 10thoct and still waiting for shopping or my refund!!! It's been 10days since delivery date.....left with no food and no money! Certainly won't recommend or use again

I was supposed to get my shop delivered yesterday, it’s now the following evening and still no shop. I’ve spent hours and I mean hours trying to ring them but no answer or just an automated message asking to go online. I’m a housebound priority customer and they couldn’t care less. Not even had the decency to pick up the phone and ring me. They have around £60 of my shopping. I’m bloody furious!🤬🤬🤬

This item was in stock when I placed my order. This item was subsequently deleted from my order as out of stock, it now does not even exist on your web site. I am very disappointed that you would do this without notification. This was an important part of the order and I have been forced to go elsewhere to fulfil my requirements. I want to know if this is the sort of service I can expect from Iceland if I decide to order from you over the Xmas period, as far as I am concerned if an item is in stock when I order, and payed for in full in advance, then you are in breach of contract if you then sell the product that I have bought and paid for. I need you to treat this as a matter of concern and you should know that I will be contacting your corporate office to express also.

During the pandemic I have found Iceland to be almost on its own in being able to provide deliveries. The main supermarkets were frankly a joke, one of them offering no delivery slots at all for 5 months. So I generally have a warm feeling for Iceland, until the last couple of days when things have gone wrong. A delivery scheduled for yesterday failed to arrive. Rescheduled for this morning failed to arrive. Delivered this afternoon but subsequently found around one third missing. Have had to list the missing items to two separate people. This has become really a pain. I’ll not ignore Iceland for the future, but my patience has been sorely tested over the last two days.
