We had made reservations to spend New Year's Eve at Jury's Inn, but we had to cancel early on the morning of the holiday. I requested a refund but was told that there was not enough notice, which was reasonable. Afterwards, I suggested that we might go out to dinner for free in the New Year, and that was accepted. We scheduled our dinner for March 7th, and I'm happy to report that we went and had a fantastic time. The personnel were friendly, and the meal was excellent. We will be back frequently since this is the way businesses should treat their clients. Again, we are grateful to Eleesha and Libby for solving all of our problems.
I spent two nights in Leeds at the Jurys Inn. A gentleman by the name of Hose welcomed me at reception. Since I work in customer service, I really hope that Jurys will acknowledge Hose as a valuable member of their staff. Hose went above and beyond my expectations when I arrived and helped me with parking suggestions. Throughout my visit, I had multiple conversations with Hose, and each time, he was courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. made my two-day workdays much more comfortable. Hose is a myth.
