Issues with a complaint and spent 2 weeks with South African call centre who are totally ignorant to the facts regarding my issues. It’s financial ombudsman now as a total joke and lack of any help from a call centre full of staff who have no idea regarding complaints here in uk. I’m disgusted

Credit due to the staff members ( Lauren&Simon) at Albert Street, Nottingham. 25/03/22 whilst visiting this store an elderly lady had a fall in this store, I witnessed this and was amazed at how these two staff members helped this lady, very professional, knowledgeable and caring staff members, they helped this lady to her feet, stayed with this lady until transport arrived to take her for medical attention at the local hospital

I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about an employee seen at The Marks and Spencer Store, St. Anns Road, Harrow, london. He is described as asian origin, medium quite slim built, wore specs, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 30-40 years, till point worker/other. I, assume, this person is a trouble maker. Please could you check into this person and his associates and for any missing pennies/other, from customers, taken by the employees , between the years, 2009-2021, and, a deletion of the previous messages and an apology for any inconveniences sent by me.

Please could you check into the deletion of the text messages sent to the Marks and Spencers customer services number, about complaints on employees/customers, between 2015-2020, immediately. customer

Finding the correct size for me with my curvy figure is proving impossible.
I find the 16 in one store fits beautifully M&Co... but your sizing I need to go into
a tent fitting. Why, well because your clothes are made all over the place inthe world and are using up world resources rapidly and are mostly out of the ark.
The style I settled onb onee day was made in china.
Pleas do not tell me this is a wise moveto bring things infrom such a distance...especially as they are made to look AWFUL.
You should gradually change over to the British maker here encourage one hundrd percent not dribs and drabs. Honest opinion stated. Have a lovely summer.

I have been trying for almost 3 hours to send email or speak to someone on telephone.I have just put phone down as I found out I was talking to someone in SOUTH AFRICA.Not what I call good customer service!!!

Currently holding on the phone to your finance dept for over 30 mins after being cut off from my first customer services calls. 2nd time I called CS I was given the finance dept no. as the very helpful adviser said I would be cut off if he tried to put me through. He was right I was and now still holding. I'm now calling Victoria Mckenzie at head office.
