I have been trying to resolve a problem for over a month spending hours on hold on the telephone and it is still not resolved. Have tried an email with no luck so now going to try a letter. Not using Morrisons until the matter is resolved but don't hold out much hope.

I was shopping in your Skegness store yesterday. Be a long time before I return. It was freezing cold in there. Very low lighting. Dar and dingy. I found it very depressing and uninspiring. I only purchased half of products on my list as needed to get out as quickly as possible. Spoke to a staff member and was advised that "Head Office" are to blame. Staff wearing 3 layers of clothing to keep warm!! Come on Morrisons you can do better than this.

I thought maybe I old but the customer comes first or is right but customer service seems to be a thing of the past with Morrisons on the 18th of June I had a home delivery which at first glance was ok I then noticed that one of the offers was not complete ie Heinz soup 4 for£5 which there was only two but Morrisons still charged full price this may only be minor but after 12 days and not even a reply to my query i find this unacceptable and am going to delete the app an will not be using Morrisons again i doubt any one will read this from Morrisons Annoyed G BLAKE

The Barrow in Furness Cafe is like an ice box please get your heating fixed .Its not very nice to sit in the freezing cold trying to eat a meal.Infact it would be warmer outside .Also when is the new Menus coming out the one you have now is very boring and not a lot to pick from .

Congratulations Morrisons for appalling customer service! A Christmas online delivery service where all fresh meat products were use by 24th Dec!Totally unacceptable but apparently according to customer services where various E mails were exchanged perfectly all right to eat for two days after use by date. They took no responsibility and there was no apology for sending out ‘old’ food.Needless to say after being a loyal Morrisons customer for thirty years they won’t be getting any more of my money!

just been into Morrisons Hatch End, I had been overcharged in the cafe it was delt with by Sajeed Bakhai who I presume is the manager he was very abrupt and no eye contact or appology , looking around the store at staff the misery on their faces was very apparent. Perhaps teaching customer service and smiling would help.

I always go to Morrison’s in St Ives, Cambridgeshire on a Thursday to do my shopping it’s a lovely well laid out shop with everything you need. A lady named Carole usually at Till 6 puts my shopping through she is great so helpful and happy 😃 nothing is too much trouble l always look for her every week she has a lovely manner and a smile on her face. I find all the staff in that branch very friendly and l don’t need to go anywhere else. So thank you Morrison’s.

I complained about bad, rude lack of service by staff at Carmondean, Livingston.
I really hate standing being ignored by staff while they carry on with personal conversations until I walk out fuming mad.
I got the stereotype apology by email saying my complaint had been passed on to the specific store.
BIG DEAL
Plenty other supermarkets will be grateful of out custom in future.

I used a coin star machine that went wrong during use with my money stuck in it. Staff unhelpful on night and also for the last month. Still searching for my money. Morrison seem to have shirked all responsibility of this issue although the machine is in their shop. Morrisons E4. Have now emailed CEO and await a satisfactory response. If I have to take legal action then I will. Morrison your customer service training needs to be looked at, as some of your staff are not up to the job. If a third party machine is in one of your shops I expect Morrison to have some responsibility, but all your staff do is shirk it. I have rated it one star as it wouldn’t print it without a rating but truthfully it is not worth a rating.
