Purchased washing machine July 22,Yesterday April 17th 23.on spin it decided to blow the glass out on the door shattering it all over the kitchen.Rang your customer services to report this.told we had to ring the repair people and report it,they had IT problems and could not arrange a repairman and would call us back which they did at 1645hrs told us booked for Thursday 20th fine.Phone call from the repair company this morning Tuesday18th,could not come untill Friday 21st because the booking person had not checked that a repairman was available.Rang customer services Peterbrough.Not interested Reading between the lines sort it out yourself. Not rearly bothered about the glass shattering on the door good job a child was not close by.utterly useless will never use them you again
Dreadful gents washroom at John Lewis Liverpool. No hand wash, no sanitary wash, broken urinals, filthy toilets. Looks like no one cleans or cares and it's always the same. Complained but just the same.
