Morrison's cafe at gorleston, had to waited half-hour to served 1 family in front of me,sat down and waited anther half-hour for food that I sent back as the eggs look something off fisher price kitchen set then had to go and ask for my toast that was hard and cold, didn't get the extra chip we ordered I'll give it 1 out of 10.

When in the store to buy some bits got a basket that was very heavy to then stand at self-service to wait for what seemed like a long time to then notice there was 3 empty and on one said so I just went to checkout myself whilst the girl just stud there once again 1 out of 10 🤬

Re. Covid. I'm a high risk Male aged 73. I shop at Warrington at 7.00am to avoid the crowds. The shopping is great but the checkout is very dangerous. With over twenty check out points, the management has decided to open two and they are ridiculously cheek by jowl. They have opened the two, not just any two, but two where the conveyor belts converge such that people paying stand back to back, less that 1 metre apart. I cannot think of anything more obviously stupid. You are creating an unnecessary pinch point, building in a threat to your customers wellbeing. I cannot believe that the local management cannot see this for themselves.

After the success during Covid restrictions of the one queue system, with a member of staff directing customers to the next available cashier, I now learn that HQ have stopped this. On shopping yesterday, the whole place was in chaos and with a manager who does not have the authority to do anything about it. I rarely visit Morrisons as it is due to poor quality 'fresh' foods, I only visited recently due to my own health restrictions (not covid related) but as exercise following major surgery, I will no longer go to Morrisons at Thornbury despite the convenience. I will continue to travel (by public transport) to Asda at Owlcotes, (twice the distance) for real Customer Service, better quality food and save money into the bargain.

As for Customer Service, the desk was unattended for no obvious reason, or with any indication when staff would return and I understand this desk is closed at 5pm so customers have no way of having their issue dealt with.

This has become a completely shoddy set up and it's no wonder that Morrison's is going down the pan.....it's not just the Thornbury store but the response from my fb message, was huge and it seems to be a wide spread issue.....WHAT are HQ thinking??

Morrison’s in kirkby in Ashfield is an absloutely horrid store. The manager on checkouts lisa speaks to staff incredibly poorly, shouts at them, insults them. Action needs to be taken and she needs to know her place. Disgusting behaviour from a staff member especially management.

On visiting the Eastbourne store i liked the new trolley self service till, until another customer started to use the till opposite me. I then felt vulnerable as i realised there was no screen between us and we were face to face.

Covid security at Morpeth was terrible, so many people going in without sanitising or masks. Security Marshall didn’t approach anyone. Only one paper towel roll yet again. Too dangerous to shop at this store again. Manager needs to take his community covid safety seriously. This laxity can cost other decent customers their lives !!!!

I am emailing to make the following complaint....

I was asked when i walked in to the Downham Mkt store Norfolk " Where

is your mask" I said exempt , this be it a security guard i was unsure

as looked about 12 even with a mask on! He then appeared to be following

me around the shop as if i were a criminal ! When i got to the tills i

thought only 1 open , then i saw another with a woman GLARING at me as i

walked towards her till. Normally they say if free if you do not notice

them . I said to her sorry i did not see you to which she said " Why

was i not wearing a mask?" I said "exempt" She then started getting

very annoyed demanding why exempt . a so this went on! the 12

year old chap in black came marching over and had the CHEEK to say could

i not wear a mask for at least a minute !! I said " you do realise you

are being unlawful by asking and i could take you both to court!! I

said ill leave my shopping and leave as only went in for fish for my

cats , but i had a trolley full which was now mostly on her conveyor

belt !! to which even though still arguing over, this she started to put

my shopping through , while yelling to get i assume the manager or at

least the lady above her. When the lady came over she said " you MUST

not ask why a person exempt and an exempt person does NOT have to wear

anything to show people!

I do NOT recall any apology

from ANYONE , the woman on the till's voice changed to a normal pleasant

tone, but it was a bit late by this time for me as i had not been irate

and raising my voice to these people. I have used this store for a good

10 years but certainly will avoid now.Perhaps also if these

people done some research they would realise there is NO PANDEMIC!! More

of a SCAMDEMIC and then would not have to be FEARFUL of dying and

demanding mask wearing of ALL exempt customers.. Check The Office of

National Statistics to see the mortality rate Is no different to any

other year EXCEPT during the lockdown where the mortality rates SPIKED

from suicides, people dying from not going to hospital or Not allowed

as you now have to book a appointment if you have an accident !!!

Have just visited store in Aldershot - had to wait twenty five mins to be served at till. only 5 open at peak shopping time on a Friday. Not an isolated incident - have been monitoring for three weeks - varying times and days shopping. Tried on each occasion asking for more staff, zilch response. You don't have to be an Eistein to work out - that weather sunny, lockdown, people go shopping. Cop out that due to people shielding, in this area very low rate of infection due to Covid - its not floor staff - its poor top staff management. It took less time to shop. I prefer to do my own shopping not one line - but think service to shoppers could be vastly improved. Will probably be putting in a written complaint over the service
