Luke, the engineer, put me at ease by being really patient and providing comprehensive explanations of everything. Fast and effective work was done. I've gone from having no Internet in a spot with horrible reception to having the fastest Internet I've ever had! My kids might actually want to spend time in the house now that you've helped them.
The engineer, Arshd, was what really made the experience amazing. He was quite intelligent. He was extremely kind, always clear about what he was doing, and friendly. He exuded an unbelievable level of confidence in his abilities. After fixing the flute, I haven't had any problems. He is a wonderful asset to OpenReach.
My complaint is to the ceo mr selley of openreach, one of your engineers was doing work at a neighbours home also working on the telephone pole, i was working on my computer when it lost Internet and my landline went down, this was in 20/7/23 i waited by his van and told him what had happened andhe also left the cover off the junction box, he said that he had an urgent call and would return (he did not) i had contacted my provider (sky) your engineer will be calling this Monday 24th July some time in the afternoon, meaning 5days without Internet and landline
This is the 2nd time 2/3 months this year when you're so called engineers working for other customer have knocked me off line, please sort out this issue
