I had to take my pug for emergency breathing treatment recently. When I called early on Sunday morning, I received a prompt and kind response. I was instructed to take my dog right away to the PDS. I received quite formal treatment when I first arrived. My dog immediately needs steroids and oxygen. He was observed for seven hours in the pet hospital. Someone called to let me know he was doing great and that I could bring him home. I'm really pleased with the way PDSA handled the matter, and I sincerely appreciate the care they gave my dog. I heartily endorse
*Gillingham branch *My dog wasn't responding today because he was experiencing seizures. I was forced to bring him in right away, and they took him right away, giving him oxygen, a medication to control the convulsions, and blood. We decided that it would be better to put him to sleep after his sugar levels refused to rise and his seizures sadly returned. Even though today has been the worst, I'm so appreciative of how they comforted him and lessened his suffering.
