I am writing to inform the manager of The Sainsburys Head Office, about two persons seen at The Sainsburys Store, in London. 1, The Sainsburys Supermarket, Olympic Way, Wembley, between 1-31 January 2022. this person is a male, african origin, medium quite slim built, wore a winter hat, winter jacket/coat, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 40-50 years, customer, seen accompanied by a male. this person is a male, african origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a winter jacket, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 35-45 years, customer. These persons were seen walking along the pathway leading to the self-service/one till point area. 2, The Sainsburys Supermarket, Kenton, between 1-31 March 2022, this person is a female, afro-caribbean/african origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, tied back, wore a winter jacket, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 35-45 years, customer, seen walking towards the tinned fish/other section, before, entering the section, talking onto a mobile phone. She slightly, bent down to look at the items onto the shelve. 2, this person is a male, somali/african origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a winter jacket, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 40-50 years, customer, seen walking along the store aisle, towards the bread section, before, walking along the store aisle, near to the main till area. These persons are trouble makers. Please could you check into these persons and their associates immediately. customer

I used Salisbury’s car wash which caused damage to my vehicle leaving brush marks all over my bonnet made a complaint. After few days got reply to say that the car wash was inspected by technician no fault where found. So now I’m left with damaged bonnet I will taking legal actions mow.

Sainsburys want your money but do not want to sort issues/complaints. Wrong items received on my delivery. Same product on at least 6 times over the last 12 months have been wrongly picked and delivered. This is despite the fact that I have ensured the substitute box is not ticked every time I order this item and have brought this to Sainsburys attention on at least 3 separate occasion's.

I know a chef that works there hes been getting alot goods from there for free im stealing he took soooo many things like 900 pound kitchen items to soo many pork joints to beef joints he even manages to get a load of spirit alchahol all fo free dont no how he gets away with it but hes a mighty good theif benjamin h white guy i wish i was in hes shoes i would love it

I have just visited your store in Oswestry I did not use self service and left the store by the main door where my trolley wheels locked and a security man stood in front of my trolly asking me to step to one side with my trolley and show him my receipt. I was truly horrified and totally embarrassed as people where leaving the store and staring at me. I refused to show him anything until a store manger was present but apparently this store did not have either a store manager or deputy manager and Dominic arrived and advised me he was a Customer services manager. He told me that it is a problem with YOUR tills and that they stop trolleys automatically I questioned this as in the past I have seen the security man stop other people he then said that they also check that everything has been paid for!! I have shopped in this Sainsbury store for some years since moving to the area I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN I have come home in tears and frustration at being singled out in such a manner I would never feel confident in visiting Sainsbury’s again as this could happen again and I would not put myself into such an embarrassing position. I always felt that Sainsbury’s was a cut above the other supermarkets but I am wrong you obviously feel that your customers are only trying to steal from you and I can assure you I have never stolen anything in my entire 68 years. I am truly disgusted by my treatment.

I have learned that you are going to begin racially segregated black-only areas in your company. This is truly shocking and I won’t be shopping in your supermarket again whilst you promote racial segregation and discrimination.



I have spoken to my friends and family about this and they are joining me in boycotting your company.

Why are we not getting online to order Christmas Food for 2wks my daughter has tried and phoned local store and they said everyone trying to get on and order so try again Well she has been trying and so has her friends we are getting no where so what is the problem .COME ON SAINSBURYS YOUR DISSAPOINTING A LOT OF PEOPLE.
