I purchased a phone call block from this company, but it did not function. I emailed them about eight times, and the only remedy they offered was a 50% refund, which I refused to take. That, in my opinion, is theft! Do not purchase from them!
After nearly six years of ownership, I was having trouble keeping the maps updated on my TomTom. After trying to solve the issue on their website, the TomTom customer support staff called me shortly after, identified the problem, and fixed it, which turned out to be a computer issue. Furthermore, they gave me another call the next day to make sure everything was alright. I had assumed that the level of customer service in our nation had long since passed.
