Purchased washing machine July 22,Yesterday April 17th 23.on spin it decided to blow the glass out on the door shattering it all over the kitchen.Rang your customer services to report this.told we had to ring the repair people and report it,they had IT problems and could not arrange a repairman and would call us back which they did at 1645hrs told us booked for Thursday 20th fine.Phone call from the repair company this morning Tuesday18th,could not come untill Friday 21st because the booking person had not checked that a repairman was available.Rang customer services Peterbrough.Not interested Reading between the lines sort it out yourself. Not rearly bothered about the glass shattering on the door good job a child was not close by.utterly useless will never use them you again

Dreadful gents washroom at John Lewis Liverpool. No hand wash, no sanitary wash, broken urinals, filthy toilets. Looks like no one cleans or cares and it's always the same. Complained but just the same.

I bought a sewing machine using a £30 gift card (70th birthday present) and balance by credit card. John Lewis offered free delivery and I accepted thinking it was their own vans. They contracted out to Amazon Shipping who say they delivered it to someone at my address. I got a text at 1:14 pm to say it had been delivered, when straight to the door but there was nothing there. John Lewis insist it was delivered, Amazon suggested asking all neighbours of looking in bins etc. I have no sewing machine, bank refunded credit card and told me John Lewis are disputing the transaction with the bank and refuse to refund me £30 for my gift card. Basically my word (as their customer) is not as good as a delivery driver with no proof of delivery. I am out of pocket, did not receive my item and will never shop in John Lewis again! I am disgusted with the Customer Service of this once highly rated company.

The issue I am currently trying to resolve is the most trying matter you could imagine. I conclude that Johnlewis.com customer service is on a different planet to the rest of us!!!!! The frustation is beyond a joke!!! Absolutely clueless!!! If there was a minus rating available I would have ticked it.

I had the unfortunate situation where a MacBook computer required warranty repairs for an electronic problem. Considering the covid situation it was promptly returned. However whilst in John Lewis custody it suffered physical damage. I brought this to the attention of customer services a month ago and in the ensuing correspondence submitted photos of the damage. I was asked to return it to John Lewis and this was done over a week ago. I have received one copy and paste message about my device being returned to repair. Since then nothing has moved. I have exchanged further e mails and ending with a phone call this afternoon. I was advised that nothing further will be done this week. this is utter disregard for a customer and makes me wish I had never entered a John Lewis store in the first place. I don't intend to in the future if this is the way you treat customers. The reference is Incident: 210415-001959.

Disappointed does not do my opinion justice. I've been with John Lewis Broadband for just a month and the "service" is beyond appalling. Not able to contact any specific humans via email or phone. Don't be fooled. They are worse than what I thought was the worst. DON'T GO THERE.

Appalling so fed up with the store, over priced and there is never anything I want there. The Christmas advertisement is the absolute last straw.

No wonder John Lewis struggling, and will continue to struggle.
